At US Lhasa Trip, we value your trust and want to make your booking experience as transparent as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before confirming your trip.

Booking & Payment

• Trip Price: USD 9,500 per person

• Booking Deposit: USD 1,000 per person (required to secure your booking)

• Payment Schedule:

  • An initial deposit of USD 1,000 per person is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before the trip start date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected changes may occur. Refunds are processed according to the stage of your booking:

1. Before Visa Confirmation

   • If you cancel your booking before visa confirmation, your deposit (USD 1,000 per person) will be fully refundable.

2. After Visa Confirmation

   • If you cancel after visa confirmation, 50% of your deposit (USD 500 per person) will be refunded.

   • The remaining deposit amount will be non-refundable as it covers processing and administrative costs.

3. After Final Payment

   • If cancellation occurs after the final payment has been made (within one week before the trip), no refund will be issued.

Important Notes

• All refund requests must be submitted to us in writing via email at uslhasatrip@gmail.com

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

• US Lhasa Trip reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of unforeseen events, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
