At US Lhasa Trip, we value your trust and want to make your booking experience as transparent as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before confirming your trip.
Trip Price: USD 9,500 per person
Booking Deposit: USD 1,000 per person (required to secure your booking)
Payment Schedule:
An initial deposit of USD 1,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before the trip start date.
We understand that unexpected changes may occur. Refunds are processed according to the stage of your booking:
Before Visa Confirmation
If you cancel your booking before visa confirmation, your deposit (USD 1,000 per person) will be fully refundable.
After Visa Confirmation
If you cancel after visa confirmation, 50% of your deposit (USD 500 per person) will be refunded.
The remaining deposit amount will be non-refundable as it covers processing and administrative costs.
After Final Payment
If cancellation occurs after the final payment has been made (within one week before the trip), no refund will be issued.
All refund requests must be submitted to us in writing via email at uslhasatrip@gmail.com
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
US Lhasa Trip reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of unforeseen events, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
